For products valued below $2000, 100% of the total amount is payable before production. For products valued above $2000, 50% is payable upfront, and the remaining 50% is payable before shipment. Telegraphic transfer (T/T) is accepted. Specific terms are negotiable.

Q4) What is the delivery time?

The delivery time depends on the product. Usually, it takes about 12 to 15 days after confirming the design documents and receiving payment.

Q5) What shipping methods can I choose? What is the shipping time for each method?

DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, sea freight, etc. Express delivery takes 3-5 business days. Sea freight takes approximately 30 business days. Delivery will be calculated based on the specific address.

We will provide shipping costs based on the estimated gross weight in the quote.
